Fiber internet is available through Ozark Fiber. Deposit for the unit is $2025. NO utilities are included. Tenants will be responsible to pay for water/sewer, trash, & electric. Tenant(s) will also responsible for yard care. Any size dogs and cats are allowed with a pet deposit of $250, and a monthly pet rent of $35. Maximum of 3 pets allowed. There is a non-refundable $35 application fee per person, however, if approved, the application fee will be credited towards your first month's rent. A $400 reservation fee is due within 72 hours of application approval. This reservation fee will go towards the deposit due at move-in.
