This property is an active successful short term rental with great reviews. We are looking for a strong mid term rental candidate to live in the house from Sept 1-May 31. Could possibly extend in to Mid June. Taking applicants now for the Fall/Winter/Spring, Mid term rental available Sept 1, 2024- May 31, 2025. All utilities included, including high speed internet, tenant will be responsible for trash removal, free at the county dump site a few miles away, and snow removal. We just ask that you keep the heat below 70, which keeps this house plenty warm as it is only 5 years old and very well constructed and insulated. Fully furnished, central heat, deck, dishwasher, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and washer & dryer. Utilities included: electricity, heat, gas, internet and water. Tenant is responsible for garbage removal and is responsible for snow removal. Is not pet friendly. Date Available: September 15th-May 15th. $2600/month rent. $3000 security deposit required.
