Includes large fully fenced yard that backs up to a green belt and washer/dryer hook ups. Near a playground and basketball hoop. Cat or dog under 30 lbs possible with $50/month pet rent. Sorry, no smoking/students/cosigners. This unit is not managed by Windermere; the owner will continue rental responsibilities and be the main contact after approval. Tenant responsible for all utilities and lawncare. No units are rented sight unseen, however you can apply before you have seen the unit. Rent rates, security deposits, and any specials are subject to change without notice at the discretion of management.
