There are 2 bedrooms. The full bathroom is newly renovated. The laundry is located in the hallway outside the bathroom. Newer flooring throughout. Pets are allowed on approval with a $35/animal rent increase (up to 3) and an increased refundable deposit. Breed restrictions may apply Renters insurance is required. This home is available now. Rent is $1275/month and includes water/sewer. Tenants are responsible for electricity, oil heat, water softener sale, trash removal, lawn care, and snow removal. Five of the 10 Biting Breeds can be allowed upon approval, with planned and enforced restraints in place, and close monitoring. These are German Shepherd, Huskie, Alaskan Malamute, Great Dane, and Saint Bernard.
