Kitchen: The kitchen INCLUDES both a stainless steel Samsung oven and refrigerator (with air fryer and ice machine INCLUDED, respectively). Custom shelving has been added under the stairs for additional pantry space. Bathroom: The three-piece bathroom on the main floor has been recently updated with bespoke, built-in drywall shelving (useful for towels, toiletries, laundry baskets, and other storage). Laundry & Utilities: A washer and dryer are currently shared with a single basement guest. The main floor tenant pays 60% of utility bills during months the basement is inhabited; this utility rate will change to accurately reflect usage during summer months when the basement is expected to be vacant.
