One block from bus stop on route #5 - this route also has a dedicated bike lane all the way to downtown! About the property - 2 bed, 2 bath townhouse. The primary bed and bath are included in the listing, as well as all common spaces. I stay in the smaller main floor bedroom with my two dogs (3 year old flat-coated retreiver, Dave, and 1.5 year old golden retreiver, Henry). They stay in my room when I am away from the house. Dogs welcome, with a required meet and greet. There is a secondary bathroom on the main level that is a shared bathroom that will be available to you and any guests. Washer and dryer are located conveniently on the main floor. Well-stocked kitchen has everything you may need, but feel free to ask if there are any tools or appliances on hand. Small fenced backyard with covered walkway to the garage. Garage comfortably fits one vehicle, and you are welcome to park there, as well as store any items. Ample street parking is also available.
