Outside, there is a front porch perfect for your rocking chairs along with a quaint backyard perfect for fun and play! Enter through the front door to your spacious living room that opens up to the kitchen. The country kitchen features all full-size appliances, bar seating, and an eat-in area. Off the kitchen is your laundry room with washer/dryer hook-ups and shelving for storage. Through the hallway, there is access to both bedrooms and bathroom. The primary bedroom has access off of the kitchen as well with built-in cabinets for storage. In the bathroom, you'll find open shelving for linens, double door vanity, and medicine cabinet for added storage along with a tub/shower combination. Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. This home is pet friendly, so bring your furry friend along! There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent. Age and breed restrictions apply.
