I LOVE my new, Spacious Apartment! The only reason that I MAY NOT renew my lease is that the MAIN reason I moved in was that I was promised the pool/Sauna would be up and running (as advertised on the website also..,..It's a year later, and residents have told me pool has been out for years! I was shocked! New Management is great!

I have lived here for about 8 months now and am currently in the prospect of searching for a new residency. In short this place is great if you're searching for a temporary stay though I do believe they only offer 12 months leases. PROS: Location - less than 15 minutes from Minneapolis and Rosedale mall. A lot of stores are close by near Coon Rapids with ALDIS, Caribou, Dollar store, gas stations, McDonalds, movie theater and Cub foods near by. There's a park near by down the street that has a decent sized field and playground. Management - the landlord here is very responsive through text however never seems to be in her office much and sometimes leaves her phone unanswered. She lives in the complex as well on the first floor with her husband who does all of the maintenance so they're quite easy to reach. Although the contract states that you can't drill into the wall the landlord is quite chill about that so long as you fill up the holes before move out. Laundry - there are 2 laundry rooms (1 on the 2nd and 3rd floor) in the complex. Sundays are always busy but every other day there doesn't seem to be much backup with the machines. The cost to wash and dry your clothes is abit expense here though with the washer costing $2.50 per load and the dryer $1.75 CONS: Noise - I live on the 2nd floor and there are many families here with young ones who runs around a lot. Not sure if this goes for everyone but whenever someone walks across the hall upstairs, I can every single step (doesn't help that they stomp too). People aren't so great about using their inside voice in the hallways either. Typically around 3pm there's a dog that's always whining outside. Parking - the parking lot gets full quite quickly and if you're unlucky you may have to park in the street however be aware that there's a no street parking rule from 2am-6am and the cops will ticket you. Cleanliness - the halls are stained, mostly smells of smoke and the occasional weed Condition of units - if you do decide to move here be sure to thoroughly inspect your unit and document everything. The landlord states that they change the carpet and repaint and walls before a new resident moves in but the job is done in a hurry so be careful of loose ends. Check to make sure that all of the pluming works. My first week there I flushed the toilet and water backed up into the shower... gross Overall the place isn't that bad but I would recommend looking elsewhere if you can.
