This is an upper suite, two floors: walk up to main floor, walk up another flight of stairs to bedrooms. It’s an end suite, allowing for a balcony off the living room. Included is one outdoor parking spot directly opposite the door. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances (range, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher). On the main floor, the hallway opens to both the living and dining rooms (separate rooms). The living room has an electric fireplace and balcony overlooking a garden, the kitchen is between the living and dining rooms with sliding doors to both rooms.
