All approved tenants must show proof that all utilities are turned on in their name prior to moving in (this includes electric, gas, water and trash). Pet Policy: Disclaimer: Not all properties managed by Vega Property Management allow pets on the premises. Please ask your leasing agent about pet options at a specific property.
