This unit is the bottom floor of a duplex and has two bedrooms and 1 bath and offers plenty of on street parking. Shared back yard and three porches including a HUGE front porch. The shared basement will have a washer and dryer that we provide that will be for your home as both the 1st floor and 2nd floor have their own laundry set. Additionally, each floor has lockable storage in the basement. Very close to many attractions while offering a small town/community feel via the corner lot, sidewalks, and majority of the homes in the area being single family homes that are owner occupied. There are a total of five rooms that include a large front living room off of the front porch, two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The living room features 10' ceilings and great natural light. The kitchen is a little small but can be laid out and designed to the tenant(s) expectations. The kitchen has direct access to the bathroom and second of three porches which would be ideal for morning coffee, etc. The bathroom has recently been updated and has a shower.
