A charming corner café is just steps away. The unit features a private entry through the shared courtyard. Recently repainted, the apartment is furnished with walk in closet, major appliances, including a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, brand-new in-unit washer and dryer, and newly installed central heating and air conditioning. The studio unit has a bedroom and features paneled walls, an acoustical ceiling, and windows for natural light. The kitchen and living/dining area overlook the greenhouse and outdoor courtyard. The fully tiled bathroom includes a shower with a built-in marble bench. All Tenants access through an outdoor courtyard enclosed by a wrought-iron fence, with 24/7 lighting maintained by the owner.
