Property Id: 1512555 OPEN HOUSE Sunday, May 24th 1pm-3pm Available June 14th: Charming and private, this small home features its own private laundry room with washer and dryer, 2 parking spaces, a (mostly) fenced yard, garden boxes, and storage area. Walkable to town (0.8 mile from the Sunken Gardens). The home itself is a one bedroom with the door removed for space (the home itself is around 500 square feet). The upper level is a storage area accessed by a sliding garage door. The structure across from the home is unoccupied and off limits. Home comes with a gas BBQ and an outlet for a Tesla charger. A fence separates this home from a larger matching home with a separate address. This home is best for one person and we prefer a single occupant, but we (the owners) lived here successfully as a couple for 3 years and are still married :D It is tight. One pet MIGHT be considered on a case by case basis with a firm pet agreement in place and additional monthly pet rent. No AC. We used a window unit. Will not reply to "is this available."
