Upon approval, you may leave your personal belongings in storage at the property until you return for the next semester.
With Red Sands' approval, you may also be permitted to sign a new fixed-term lease and continue renting the unit over the summer months.
Proof of enrolment at an accredited college or university must be provided for your application to be considered.

A list of household responsibilities will be circulated to all of the tenants in the building, and each tenant will be responsible for ensuring their responsibilities are being taken care of. Failure to adhere to building responsibilities may result in the property manager taking action.
