Welcome to our pool house in North Port! We invite you to relax and enjoy your time in this modern, cozy, fully furnished and stocked home away from home. Spend the day soaking up the sun by the pool; or have a short drive to the beach or a day trip to historic Venice; or take a 2 minute walk to McKibben park, that hosts a basketball court, tennis court, racquetball courts, playground, a canoe/kayak launch and fishing. The house is very centrally located to all the amenities North Port has to offer, including warm mineral springs, golf course, aquatic center, major shopping and more! The Space features: ~ 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms ~ 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and a bunk bed with 1 full and 1 twin beds ~ Fully stocked and equipped kitchen with all the cooking essentials including coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, utensils and more! ~ Spacious poolside area to soak up the sun or have a meal, with an oversized fenced backyard for the kids to run around ~ 50" smart TV in the living room, 2 smart TVs in the bedrooms. High speed internet. No cable. ~ Washer and dryer in the garage ~ two off street parking spots ~ Pets are welcome, for an additional one-time non-refundable cleaning fee of $150 (does not cover damages caused by the pet) and a refundable pet deposit of half month rent. Rent includes all utilities, high speed internet (wifi), pool cleaning and maintenance, and landscaping. Refundable security deposit is half month rent.
