Living room has stylish furnishings, flat screen TV with Roku (you provide your own login to whatever streaming service available). Fast high speed fiber WIFI is available throughout the whole home. The kitchen includes a Keurig, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, etc. Laundry room includes washer and dryer. There is a large fenced in backyard as well. All utilities, and yard maintenance are included in monthly rent of $1900.00. The property is located near downtown Greenwood which offers many different restaurants, coffee, shopping, and much more. The house is also located only steps away from the Heritage Trail which is a paved path that leads all the way to downtown Greenwood (2.5 miles). Flexible lease arrangements.
