Downstairs, tenants have a full kitchen, half bath, dining room, living room, golf course-facing patio with a grill and a primary suite with a walk-in closet and shower. Upstairs, tenants have access to a full patio over the garage (facing Superstition Mountains), additional living room, office, laundry room, balcony (facing the golf course), and primary suite with a walk-in closet, bathtub and shower. A new HVAC system was installed, new toilets installed, and new appliances were installed over the last year or so. The garage can fit two cars but there are parking spaces throughout Tesoro for additional parking and guest access. The clubhouse offers a community pool, community kitchen, gym and grilling area. There are walking trails throughout the neighborhood and community events. You won't find views like this elsewhere! Rent Details: $2,700/month for a one year lease term . The townhome is available starting 9/1/23 but the move-in date is flexible. There is a $2,000 security deposit at the beginning of the term, but it is refundable.
