Off campus but super close on Forbes. This is a complex of houses, each features 3 bedrooms. There is also a living room, dining room, kitchen and basement. All appliances are included. The owners are local and known for outstanding service. We have a full time maintenance staff. By law 3 people only. Utilities in addition to rent. Off-Street parking available. Please note that pictures are from different houses in the complex and individual homes vary. Please note that each house has an individual address and that the address listed is not necessarily the applicable rental unit. Currently we have May 1 and June 1 2026 start dates.
