Updated bathroom and kitchen, with a bonus space off the back that you can flap your wings in, or like, tend to plants and study or work, or literally whatever it is that bird-humans are into. Plenty of storage for your tiny bird suitcases and human stuff too. A tidy, shared basement with your own w/d hookups, but be careful of the mirrored closet doors upstairs because I hear birds are kinda dumb and slam into them all the time. APP STUFF: We’ll check your credit, and while it doesn’t need to be flawless, we do expect it to show that you pay your bills on time and keep things in order.
