This apartment will be perfect for one person or a couple. It's centrally located and budget friendly. One bedroom, one bathroom, living room a small kitchen with a table & chairs along with a microwave already in the unit. It has central heat/air we recently painted and placed new flooring in the apartment. This is a 2nd story apartment no smoking of any kind is allowed inside the apartment. There is a shared coin operated laundry area, we will allow a cat with a pet reference from a previous landlord. Interested applicants will need to fill the google form below before any showings will be scheduled. Max 2 adults at this unit. Small fee to apply of $35 dollars per adult for the background and credit check.
