Lawn and snow provided! Two bedroom, one full bath, one half bath. Stainless steel appliances. New Pella slider windows for south facing windows September/October 2021. Laundry equipment provided, same level as bedrooms. North facing patio with good shade and view of trees. Close to trails. Nice NE Ames neighborhood. Carport for one car off street, additional street parking available. One cat may be permitted with $200 non refundable pet convenience fee and $20 per month pet rent. Maximum one cat. Lawn care and snow removal is provided via the $30 monthly "lawn service fee". No smoking or vaping inside or outside of unit. Sorry, no undergraduate students and no pets. Monthly gross income needs to be three times the housing expense. Housing, background and credit checks are required, minimum 630 credit. No undergraduate students. Before preparing a lease, we need an application for everyone that would be living at the property that is 18 and over, our application fee is $30 per applicant.
