This is your standard side by side duplex in the best neighborhood in the City of Greensburg (Hilltop). This is also a pet friendly home with a great yard, front and back porches and newer updates. The large kitchen features stainless appliances including a dishwasher, gas stove, microwave range hood, french door fridge with ice maker and filtered water in the door, etc. We also are providing a new stackable washer and gas dryer in the mud room which is right off the back porch. The first floor also features a half bath and the upstairs is a full bath with shower (no tub). The flooring on the 1st floor ia new LVT flooring and the upstairs ia carpet in the bedrooms and LVT in the bathroom. There is a finished attic that can't be a bedroom but could be a great storage or play space. The basement has high ceilings and is great for storage but also has an outside entrance/exit.
