Open floor plan in this cozy comfort in this charming ranch style home! Beautiful hardwood floors and tile throughout. Kitchen and baths have been recently updated. Tons of space in the Master Bedroom! There is an unfinished basement as well! This rental does not include a refrigerator or washer and dryer. We do have some available (based on availability). Refrigerators rent at $40/month and washer/dryers rent at $75/month for the combo. We do allow pets! There is a $250 pet initiation fee for the first animal, and $100 for an additional animal. There is a 2-pet max. While we do not have any weight restrictions, monthly pet rent is based off the weight of your dog. Cats are $25/month.
