Small fenced yard and detached oversize one-car garage. Great covered front porch. Kitchen comes with range, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Tenant is to supply refrigerator. Washer and dryer hookups provided. Tenant is responsible for maintenance of yard. Tenant is also responsible for utilities including electric, water/sewer, and garbage service. Smoking is permitted outside only. Please feel free to drive by and take a look at the property. We leave the blinds open and lights on, so you can go ahead and take a look in the windows. If you are interested in viewing the inside of the home, send us an email or give us a call at the office and we would be happy to let you know when this property will be available for you to check out a key. Key check outs are available between the hours of 10:00AM and 4:00PM, Monday through Friday. We require a valid ID, and a $50.00 cash only deposit upon checkout. We do not provide change.
