Relax in the evening on the patio overlooking the fenced in back yard which includes several fruit bearing trees. Just off the kitchen is the mud room which is perfect for any active family and connects to the laundry room and oversized garage. For those weekend adventures, you are a block away from the waters of Santa Rosa Sound where you can paddleboard, sail, kayak, fish and do all the activities that make Florida a wonderful place to live! ***Must be pre-qualified on income before viewing is allowed. *** School zones - West Navarre Primary, West Navarre Intermediate, Woodlawn Beach Middle and Gulf Breeze High School Pets allowed on a pre-approved basis with all pet fees paid, under 25 lbs, limit 1.
