2 bedroom, 1 full and one half bath two story duplex near parks and trails. Lawn and snow provided. Laundry equipment provided, same level as bedrooms. Nice NE Ames neighborhood. Carport for one car off street, additional street parking available. Available 8/1/24. One cat may be permitted with $200 non refundable pet convenience fee and $30 per month pet rent. Maximum one cat. No smoking or vaping inside or outside of unit. Monthly gross income needs to be three times the housing expense. Background and credit checks are required, minimum 600 credit. Before preparing a lease, we need an application for everyone that would be living at the property that is 18 and over, our application fee is $30 per applicant.
