What we love about the property: -Private entrance through alley way. -Bathroom with washer and dryer -Platform for mattress that sits up above the rest of the living space. Tenant will be required to maintain a PO Box for all mail. There will be a $25 monthly credit for the cost of the PO Box. Tenant must provide management with PO Box # within 7 days of move in.
