This unit is on the first and lower floors and has 4 bedrooms on the main level plus 2 bedrooms in the finished basement, which can be used as legal bedrooms or extra space for storage, offices, game rooms, workout spaces, etc. There are 3 full bathrooms (including one in the basement) and a large entertainment area in the kitchen and living room. High end kitchen with quartz countertops, hardwood flooring, new cabinets, dishwasher, microwave, 2 refrigerators, and in-unit Washer/Dryer. All 3 bathrooms have modern vanities, large mirrors, and large showers. All bedrooms have ceiling fans with large closets. Central AC and heat controlled from a thermostat in your apartment. Up to 3 parking spaces available at $100/mo each. Tenants responsible for all utilities (gas/electric/internet in tenants' name, water/sewer/trash/recycling billed at a flat-rate $30/month per tenant). Max of 6 occupancy.
