You will be Sharing a 2 bed/ 3 bath townhouse near Toftrees with a quiet, kind, introverted PSU student. Large walk-in closet and huge windows. Washer and dryer. Near the H and NV CATA bus routes. 6 min drive to the commuter lots for Penn State campus. One free car space for off street parking. Partially furnished. Very quiet neighborhood and the house gets a lot of light. No preference for any particular sex/gender. Rent is only $850 + a fixed utility cost of $150 per month Small dog is allowed for an extra $50/month. No cats please. The house also has a finished basement with another full bathroom and there is a sunroom in addition to the usual shared spaces. Move-in date is flexible with a 12-month lease preferred. Happy to answer any questions.
