The townhome is available for rent starting Saturday, 1 Aug, 2025. This townhome offers resort living at its best with 24-hour security with gated access, a community pool, walking distance to the beach, walking distance to The Market Shops (which features everything from morning coffee at Maple Street Biscuit, Parlor Doughnuts, to fine dining at Bijoux), and so much more! This townhome backs to a small lake and is situated in a very quiet, friendly neighborhood. This is a long-term rental the minimum lease period is 6 months will certainly entertain longer. Rent is $2,400/ month. A rental application is required for consideration. First month's rent and security deposit due at the time of move-in, and rental contract are required to secure townhome. Payment in the amount of $1000 will serve as a security deposit and will be refunded should no damages need coverage upon move out. This townhome is small pet-friendly and non-smoking.
