You will experience open plan living at its best with a spacious living room with plenty of seating for the family, a 60" Roku TV including cable and fast wifi. Right next to the living space, you will find a dining table for 4 and kitchen with all new stainless appliances. Just off the kitchen, there is a mud room with a brand new full sized washer and dryer and access to the 1 car garage/golf cart barn. Step out of the slider door from the kitchen onto the patio oasis, painstakingly restored and beautifully maintained by the homeowners. There you will find comfortable seating for 6 to dine outside morning, noon or night. Don't forget the gas grill to have the whole family gather around for a bar-b-q!! Upstairs are 2 nice size bedrooms with a full bathroom.
