Quiet and spacious with windows on all three sides of the unit. It is right in the middle of the Upham Beach Village and all different tastes in beach bars, restaurants, and world famous ice cream spots. with many more within a short walk on the beach or street. Ring the bell on your way back up from the beach after a beautiful sunset on our white sugar, sand beach. Annually one of the top beaches in the US. Our easily accessible third floor corner condo offers peace and quiet. But the main reason we love it is the 5 minute or less walk to the beach. We can park the car in our private spot and it is an easy Uber from the airport. Walkable to a large variety of great local breakfast spots and live music at several beach bars. Plenty of room for the kids. With pack-n-play, sand toys, beach towels and chairs. Stocked with most kitchen cooking essentials Thanks for Checking out our spot!
