The three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located in the Carolina Forest community of Windsor Green and amenities include an outdoor pool, clubhouse, and playground. Located on the third floor, this condo offers vaulted ceilings in the living room and dining area. The galley-style kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances including stove, refrigerator, over-the-range microwave, and dishwasher. LVP flooring has just been installed in the condo. The main living space is bright, open, and inviting with double glass doors to the porch, which is also accessible from the primary bedroom. The split floor plan separates the primary bedroom and private bathroom from the guest bedrooms and full bathroom. Guest bedrooms are located on each side of the entryway of the unit as well as the guest bathroom which has a step-in shower. Laundry room includes a washer and dryer that are provided as-is. The rent is $1,395 per month and includes basic cable, landscaping, and trash service. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Security deposit of $1,395 is required as well as renters' insurance. Pets are not permitted in this property. The Windsor Green complex is completely non-smoking.
