There's a large backyard with a pool area with an in ground pool and also a fenced grass area. This property is on a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe residential area but only 3 minutes to the nearest grocery store and restaurant and 6 minutes to I-81. Income requirement is 3 times the rent. We are currently looking to rent this with the one-year lease but would be open to a shorter term with furnishings. Email with any special requests you may have.
