Beautiful 3 bed 2 bath half duplex located in the centralized neighborhood of Cypress Run. This home is available for immediate move in - don't wait because applications will come in fast. This tabby (shell stucco exterior) has so many pluses. You have 3 sizable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Several rooms have tray ceilings, making the space feel much larger than it's approximately 1600 square feet. The primary bathroom has a walk in shower and soaking tub, along with jack and jill countertops. The walk in closet is HUGE! The kitchen is an open space leading directly into the living room which is great for entertaining and has a brand new dishwasher. There is new carpet in several of the rooms and fresh paint throughout. Off the kitchen you have a large, enclosed patio that looks out to the fenced backyard. There is a large vinyl privacy fence in the back. Up to 2 pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. At Golden Isles Retreats, we strive to provide an experience that is cost-effective and convenient.
