This completely furnished property is located minutes from downtown Charleston with tons of restaurants and cultural activities, but quiet and peaceful, most of the residents being elderly people who have lived here for years. Would be perfect for two to four people with 2.5 bathrooms and two bedrooms. There are TVs in every bedroom and the master has its own private bath. Each condo has an outside area for a grill and quiet, private seating. You would be two blocks from the Town Center Mall, two blocks from Capitol Street with superb dining and cultural activities. You are located within walking distance to three hospitals, one being right across the street. Restaurants within walking distance are Outback, Tidewater, Chili's, Pies & Pints, Adelphia Greek Restaurant, The Block, as well as ethnic restaurants of every culture. There is a movie theater two blocks from the condo, as well as the Civic Center and Clay Center, for concerts and Broadway-type entertainment. The condo is across the street from the Martin Luther King Recreational park which has a public pool and tennis courts, as well as playground equipment. You are a little over an hour away from Summersville Lake and the New River Gorge, home of some of the most fantastic white water rafting, ziplining and lake activities. Charleston has a very vibrant cultural community, and they are famous for their free festivals, such as the FestivALL, a two-week celebration of arts, food, music and community. There are also free concerts on the riverfront every Friday throughout the summer, which is also within walking distance. The Kanawha River is right behind the condo and has a beautiful walking trail. Much to do, but quiet enjoyment when you return home!
