FEES: Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES & PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply. Assigned parking for this unit is located behind the property in the gravel lot. The entrance to the property is accessed via the left-hand exterior stairwell and the entry door is on the right once you reach the top of the stairs. There is an onsite private laundry room for added convenience. The laundry facilities locked in privacy and are located on the ground level inside a storage room. Keys to access this room are located inside the property. Bedding Configuration: 2 Queen, 2 Twin Parking: Assigned parking for 2 vehicles in gravel parking area. Prohibited: Smoking, Golf carts, Students, Boat trailers and RV’s. Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box. Pet Policy: Pets not permitted.
