A RESERVED COVERED PARKING SPACE THAT IS LESS THAN 30 STEPS FROM THE BACK DOOR OF THE CONDO CAN BE AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE. Condo can be delivered almost fully furnished at no additional charge or can be delivered empty. Condo has ABUNDANT STORAGE as well as LOCKED AND COVERED BIKE STORAGE.
