Stainless steel with black trim appliances include a smooth-top stove, oven range, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and three-door refrigerator and freezer. Modern furnishings and light fixtures are stylish and comfortable. Double sliding glass doors lead out to the large balcony with chairs, ready for enjoying the fall weather. The primary bedroom has a king-size mattress, walk-in closet, and private full bathroom. The second bedroom is not furnished so you can use it as an office if you prefer. Enjoy hard-surface flooring in the main living areas for ease of cleaning and plush carpet in the bedrooms for comfort. The primary bathroom has a tub and shower combo, and the second full bathroom has a step-in shower with seating. Community amenities include an outdoor pool, playground, grilling area, and a clubhouse. The unit does require the use of stairs. Washer and dryer are included in the unit without warranty for repair or replacement. Property will be available to rent in early January 2026. Landlord is offering one month free with a sixteen-month lease. A twelve-month lease is also available. Rent: $1,395. per month includes basic cable, trash, and landscaping.
