This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath Villa in the Village Gardens community! This home features a convenient floorplan with quick access to any room in the home. This community has a clubhouse with a pool, tennis, shuffleboard, and a full kitchen. The community is located not far from the airport, the Ringling Museum, the intracoastal waterway and beyond that is Downtown Sarasota. The community does not allow commercial vehicles, trucks of any kind (including pick-up trucks with covered, enclosed, or open beds), campers, motor homes, trailers, motorcycles (two and three wheeled), motor scooters, motorbikes, mopeds, gas-powered bikes, boats, or boat trailers. Please allow up to 3 weeks after lease signing for community approval before move-in. We score every application. If an application doesn’t score high enough, the resident may be required to place the equivalent of two months’ rent in a security deposit. Please be aware that leasing this property includes a non-optional Home Assistant Services Package that will cost an additional $30 per month. These services and their cost are separate from Tenant’s monthly rent payment and all other payments described in the Lease or any separate Lease addendums.
