STUDENT HOUSING ONLY! If you do not state you are a student I will ignore your request for a tour! Please read the entire ad! 1 room in 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom house for rent. This is very close to InfoCision Stadium. These rooms are on the 1st floor. 2 large rooms are $400/month and smaller room is $350/month. All utilities included. House has washer and dryer, window A/C in summer, security system, high speed internet, and off street parking. Nice back yard if you want to hang out and not feel like you're in the city. There are male 2 students currently remaining in the house for the 26-27 school year. They will be living in the rooms upstairs.
