The home backs to the greenbelt QUALIFYING STUDENTS ARE WELCOME Non Smoking Property- Smoking is not permitted anywhere within property boundary. It will not be tolerated anywhere on the premises Application fee is $50 for anyone over the age of 18 that will reside within the home $75 lease writing fee. The office charges an administrative fee of $75 for all leases written, both original and renewal Late fee Policy $50 base with $10 a day. No Grace period Rent is due on the first of each month and considered late on the second of each month. Owner reserves the right to evaluate pets on a case by case basis. Pets are capped at 2 typically but can be reduced to 1. No dog under the age of 2 years old will be accepted
