Amenities include an outdoor community pool, playground, and picnic area. Home is approximately 1,445 sq ft and is ready for you to move-in now! Rent: $1,995.00 per month. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Security deposit: $1,995.00 Renters insurance required. The property is non-smoking.
