About 4806 Guymon St
Hey all room seekers, I am a 27 yr old professional female looking to rent my extra room, it is a average size room 11x9 , carpet with closet. This is a duplex, my unit is a two bedroom, I was thinking of moving out but have decided to stay and need to find a chill roommate. The house has all new finishes and appliances, it is fully furnished house( minus my broken tv in the living room), with carpet. I am 420 friendly, I have a small beagle/ min pin mix, she is 5ish and is a awesome dog! We have a large yard but it is mainly concrete, neighbors park back there sometime. The neighbors have 3 kids. I am not a neat freak, but I am also not dirty. I like to keep common areas clean. Anyways, I am looking for someone who is pretty laid back, please if you have a party/ get together once a month that is fine, with consent of roomies/ neighbors. I dont mind if you have guests over once in a while, just Respect is a MAJOR MUST! Please no hard drugs. Must have a job and please just one person. Room is available to move into now until the 1st. You can get on the lease if you desire. And please no drama! If this sounds like a good fit text me! Deposit: 300 550 includes: rent/ water/ SDGE Currently not cable, and I barrow internet from the neighbors but if you want to get it we can split it! Happy hunting!
