About 476 23rd Ave N #1
I just got a job offer out of state and need to find someone to re-rent my apartment. I love this apartment- but this job is too good to pass up. The apt is almost 700sq ft, hardwood floors, tile in the bathroom, laminate wood in the kitchen with a back patio. its in an adorable neighborhood one block from crescent lake park and a 5 dollar cab ride to downtown. It has gas stove/hot water. The owner pays for the water and garbage. On-street parking (parking is very easy) or you can park in the back at TD bank. I am moving out the last week of September, so it will probably be ready at the beginning of October. If you need to move sooner, the apartment above me is available now. Mine is a first floor unit in a 4 unit building. No pets (They are very strict about that). This is perfect for someone who is almost positive they are not relocating in the next year because they will NOT let you out of the lease until they find new tenants. The rent is $645 a month. You cant beat that in this area. 600 dollar deposit and first months rent moves you in. Pros- GORGEOUS apartment hardwood floors big kitchen good size bedroom (I have a king size bed) Great neighborhood affordable rent VERIZON FIOS READY (only 25% of st pete homes can get Fios and this is one of them!) Tons of windows, very sunny No shared walls with anyone Cons- no pets There is no way to break your lease- therefore if you need to move you will be responsible for rent until they find new tenants (thus why I am assisting them in advertising) I love this apartment AND the location. if my new job was not 13 hours away I would never consider moving.
