The garage door is newer. Nice enclosed back patio and bonus room off of the patio makes for a great little office. Large kitchen with white cabinets and stone countertops. Plus, a whole laundry room! Downstairs family room has laminate oak wood flooring, tile in the hall, and there's comfy carpet in the living room. Up the stairs and on the second floor are solid bamboo floors with tile in the bathrooms. Spacious master bedroom with ensuite and balcony!
