This single story three bedroom home features a cute living room upon entry. Further into the home there is a kitchen that has plenty of counter space for all your culinary necessities. A family room with a fire place is also included in this home. The master bath features a walk in shower. There are several convenient closets located around the home that maximize your storage capabilities. There is also a comfortable back yard with landscaping. Disclosure: There is a non-refundable, $40 application fee per adult to apply for one of our properties. Anyone aged 18 or older who will be residing at the property must apply. We will (1) check your credit report; (2) verify past landlord references; (3) verify sufficient personal income; and (4) perform a criminal background screening. Insufficient income, poor credit, outstanding liens or judgments, history of evictions, poor rental history and/or a criminal record will all be grounds for denial. If your application is approved, there isa $55 lease processing fee charged on all new leases.
