This home will be ready for you to move in March 1, 2025. NOTE: To tour this home, you must apply. We cannot offer tours unless you have completed an application. Our Terms: - Your gross income must equal approximately three times the monthly rent of your home. - A favorable credit history. - Able to furnish acceptable proof of the required income. - Good references from previous landlords. - Limit occupants to 2 per bedroom. NOTE: Applicants with less than favorable credit may qualify by doubling the security deposit or paying rent in advance. Pricing Details: - Non-exotic pets allowed (dogs and cats) one-time non-refundable and monthly pet fee will apply ($35/month/pet) - All utilities except water, garage, and sewer will be the responsibility of the resident.
