Looking for a private country oasis? Check out this beautiful cabin located on Sage Creek Ranch! Secluded and quiet location surrounded by fields, mature landscaping, and lots of wildlife. Enjoy the beautiful lawn from the comfort of the covered deck or sitting around the fire pit. Interior of the home has new flooring and paint in 2019. Two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and full bath on the main floor. The basement has a laundry, two large bonus rooms and storage. Basement does not have windows and may not be used as a sleeping area. Plenty of parking outside for vehicles, a trailer, camper, etc. Tenant has access to one bay in the car port. The home can be heated by the wood fireplace in the living room or there is electric baseboard heat. Newer roof, newer well, and new flooring in August 2019 (not pictured). Located just ten minutes outside Cody but feels like a country retreat. No smoking or pets. NOTE: This cabin is located on a working ranch and may not be suitable for certain people. Snow may block roads and prevent you from leaving for 6 - 12 hours. Ranch manager drives by the house regularly to access the carport. Advertised rent rates include a $20 Resident Benefits Package.
