Weatherized building, gas heat and cooking range, and there is a laundry room the tenant may use, updated spacious bathroom with over sized shower stall and nice tile in the kitchen, plus two-toned paint throughout, not shown in all pictures. The location is on SW Washington and 5th. Typically, in a rental home, the tenant pays all utilities and has yard care responsibilities as well. However for this unit the only utility the tenant pays for is natural gas for heating and cooking plus the electric surcharge. Pets subject to approval on a case by case basis (no dogs over 30 lbs.) with surcharge and additional deposit.
